Hotel clean and comfortable staff was Amazing friendly and helpful the bar staff was excellent the daily cocktails were value for money and very nice the hotel was in a perfect spot 5 mins walk to levante beach and close to all the bars cafes and entertainment

Great quiet hotel but literally 2 mins from all the action the food is quality staff very friendly with lots of extras pool salt water so can be used all year around

The hotel had a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. There was a free (at the time we stayed) car park just behind the hotel which made life very easy for us as we had a rental car. There was a great choice of food at meal times and the food was hot. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely green area behind the pool which made a pleasing backdrop. The rooms were a good size and very quiet considering we were in Benidorm. We shut the doors at night and didn’t hear a thing. We were on floor eight though, so I can’t say if it was any different on lower floors. The beds were a lovely good quality and made for a good nights sleep. The staff were polite and helpful at all times and we have no complaints about this hotel at all.

Checking in was exceedingly slow and laborious, and the buffet breakfast could offer far more cooked choices, but apart from that, everything was okay

Very clean, lovely pool and comfy beds and a good location. We were told the A/C was not on because of the time of year - room was extremely hot and I think at this cost, you should expect working A/C in the rooms.

Would stay at the hotel again. Perfect location for the beach and the nightlife. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The hotel, in general, was very clean and well maintained. Treatments at the spa were reasonably priced. There were plenty of sunbeds at the pool.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, always with a smile and ready to offer useful advice. The hotel's restaurant is an absolute must-try – delicious food and excellent service! The spa area is definitely worth reserving, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was just perfect, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!
