Availability, only one bus arrival per day and 1x 6am departure which I found out when I arrived in town so needed to book a 2nd night in Belgogradchik. The Drakta was a 5minute walk from my original hostel so very convenient and despite having to call staff as there were 2 men sleeping in the room I was allocated originally I ended up on the top floor with a room looking upto the fortress- great view and only a 5 minute walk upto it. Amazing views at sunset over the valley. Freshly decorated, clean,colourful,secure room with TV and fridge and small balcony= great. I asked if there was a kettle which staff was very helpful in letting me borrow for the night thank you. Plenty of room and only 1 other room (empty)sharing the bathroom so that was a bonus.
