Vittorio, the delightful and helpful host, met us at the gate to the property and showed us where to park, opened the flat for us (he even helped with luggage), and told us everything we could possibly need or want to know about both the property and the area. He provided maps and a binder chock-full of information on how to get around, where to park to walk into the city, things to see, schedules for boat tours, etc. The flat is very spacious (except the bathroom, which is fairly small but perfectly appointed and spotless), with a full kitchen, dining table, comfortable large bed, extra blankets, etc. Vittorio even provided a bottle of wine, bottled water, and nibbles that serve as a light breakfast. If you're planning to spend a week or more in the area, this would be a fantastic place to settle in.

Amazing host Vittorio … very helpful and have lots of advise on what to do in bellagio and the surrounding area. The flat itself was compact and comfy. Warm, clean and everything you needed. From filter coffee, and milk to Netflix … Local bakery not far away! Walk 2 mins

Excellent host. Vittorio went so out of his way for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We also left our passports in our safe when we checked out and he drove 30 minutes away to meet us and give it to us. Highly recommend this place and the bed was very comfortable! Great distance to the Bellagio town.

Vittorio is super helpful and location is amazing. Room is very good size and kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Washroom is really small.

Victorio was absolutely amazing. Even from before we arrived he made sure we knew how to get to Bellagio. He was there waiting at the ferry terminal to pick us up and take us to the accommodation. Throughout our stay he always made time for us to make recommendations on where to go and where to eat, and if we needed a booking he would kindly do it for us. Our room was so clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. In all our travels we have never experienced such a high standard of service and care. Thank you for having us Victorio, you made our trip to Lake Como so special Manuel & Lisa

It was a real pleassure staying at the property. Victorio our host kindly met us after we got off the ferry to drive us back to the accommodation on the way back he gave us a tour of best routes to walk, cafes to eat in etc and also provided a map to make sure we can really enjoy the hot spots within bellagio and the next spots around the lake. The sepreate acommodation was really comfortable with its own bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and we had an amazing stay. We had a terrible storm on one of the days which happened on one of the nights which we wasnt expecting as it was glorious sunshine the day before and Victorio and his wife found our washing all over the drive and even took it in and washed this for us so we didnt wake up to the disaster in the morning! They really did go above and beyond and we couldnt recomment them enough! Thankyou! <3
