location one of the best, very tired hotel, was clean but for the $$$ there is not much luxury compared to other places we have stayed, heating when not cold was also an issue and the answer was its October, yes I understand its October but the weather wasn't cold so had to sleep with doors open to cool down.

Grand Hotel villa Serbelloni is an amazing palatial hotel located right in the centre of Bellagio where you can embrace the beauty of this hamlet! Just step out of the grounds and you have restaurants, artisanal shops and a strip for shopping. It is a villa of a bygone era with old charm and exquisite interior. Room with a balcony was spacious and had a magnificent view of the lake. It is truly top notch accommodation but well worth the fairytale experience! Service was impeccable and staff friendly and professional. Nothing was too much! Room service occurs twice a day and they are always accommodating. Staff could not be faulted and made your stay extra special. Buffet Breakfast in a ballroom is amazingly jaw dropping with its decore, abundance of food and quality professional service. It has an indoor and outdoor pool that are large and well appointed. The lounge area is quite regal and the atmosphere with a piano player playing gave it a touch of class! It did not lack facilities and included a spa space. Outside are glorious gardens and a bar restaurant to have an aperitive and snack in style overlooking the lake. Thank you to all at Villa Serbelloni for making our stay memorable and special!

The Serbelloni was old world luxury, and we enjoyed every moment. The hotel areas and room always smelled beautiful. The room were cleaned regularly and towels changed twice a day. The gardens were immaculate and the staff ready to assist at any time.

The rooms and beautiful architecture in the villa itself is a worthwhile visit already - better yet, the location couldnt be any better as you're a hop and skip away from the bustling town of Bellagio. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs and we particularly love the huge spread during breakfast.

The location of the Serbelloni is wonderful, a true retreat from the chaos of all the tourists in Bellagio. However, Bellagio itself has now become a casualty of its own success. It is far too busy and there are far too many tourists even in October. I'd hate to think what it is like in the height of summer The room was comfortable but I was expecting a view from the balcony which I only had if I stood up and, even then, was restricted by the roof. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice La Goletta restaurant has great food and a nice ambience.

Breakfast was excellent, amazing restaurant staff. Location of the hotel is superb can just be a bit noisy with all the ferries passing all day long. The room was a great size.
