Good location , ten minutes walk up a relatively steep set of stairs , this elevation ensured fantastic views of the lake from the guest house garden. The staff were very obliging and the room was clean and of a good size .

Great location, 15 minute walk from the Bellagio centre and ferry station. Breakfast was superb with a great view of the lake, and a caffe every morning was extra special. Room was cleaned every day.

Very clean, staff is friendly and always ready to help. I had a broken leg and they help carry my luggage to the room, helped to order taxi, very nice and pleasent. The patio is fantastic, very private and with amazing view. Breakfast was good, bread was delicious.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Breakfast was lovely in front of a beautiful view. Everything was clean and our room was very spacious. All the facilities worked very well.
