The classic double rooms are located in the main inn and adjoining 1 Devonshire Square cottage. The rooms offer an en suite bathroom with either a shower or shower/bath. The rooms also offer tea/coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Dogs cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Superior Double Room - enter dates to see room photos

Located within our three adjoining cottages, Dove, 1 Devonshire Square and Brookside, these newly refurbished rooms are spacious, airy and bright. All of the rooms offer a flat-screen TV. The en suite has either a shower or a shower and bath. One child under 12 can be accommodated in this room at extra GBP 35.00 which includes breakfast for the child. Dogs cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Deluxe Double or Twin Room - enter dates to see room photos

Located within Brookside and 1 Devonshire Square cottages these rooms offer king size beds with a small number being able to be split into twin beds. All rooms are stylishly decorated to create a neutral atmosphere in which to relax and unwind. The rooms all offer en suite bathrooms with shower/bath, tea/coffee making facilities and a flat-screen TV. Dogs can be accommodated in some of the rooms in this category for a GBP 15 charge per stay.

Located within the main inn building and adjoining Dove Cottage and 1 Devonshire Square, our three spacious and newly refurbished suites are airy and bright. Dogs cannot be accommodated in this room type.

I loved all the rooms in little cottages around the main building. We had a little sitting room as well as the bedroom and bathroom and it was very relaxing. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location too!

Breakfast was good. Good selection of both hot and cold options. Our room was comfortable although we had the one with an enormous bath actually in the bedroom! A bit quirky! The bed was very comfy. The dinner menu was a little limited, but all the dishes we sampled were well presented and cooked.

We loved everything about the Devonshire Arms. Our room was gorgeous sooo comfy. Lovely shower. And you didn’t need an O level to work it! The staff were lovely and friendly. Food delicious. We will be back. Many thanks to you all.
