You have to fix up the way you describe the property, it is listed as 164, it is unclear that it is the unit way down the back(which is a good thing due to noise), however we had to disturb the occupants of 164 in order to figure our which unit we were staying in, we ended up knocking on the door of 164.

This place was very spacious, two bathrooms so no waiting, easy access, plenty of parking, close to shops, easy to locate, there was book also for things like check-in/check-out instructions, wifi, and things to do recommendations etc., kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking, and the laundry had laundry detergent pods if you need to wash clothes. Lockbox is not hard to see just needed to look around for the right lockbox which we all missed but was able to locate it after calling BNB, and felt a bit silly after the call that we all didn't manage to see it when walking in that direction. The staff are excellent and very responsive, if they don't answer just need to leave a message and someone will call you back almost straight away. Even after hours it was easy to get in contact with someone, which is great when you need help while staying in these types of accommodation. Also received a follow up call the next day after checking out to check if heaters were working and that we enjoyed our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place for overnight trips in Bathurst/Cowra. It was so convenient to get around anywhere by foot or car. Great for small groups or families.
