Bcn Paseo De Gracia Rocamora Apartment has three different addresses: In Paseo de Gracia 51 there are several apartments with two and three bedrooms; Pau Claris street 97 is a 3-bedroom penthouse with a terrace and Caspe street 30 is a 2-bedroom penthouse with a terrace.
The three buildings are very close together and offer modern apartments with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony or terrace.
Air-conditioned and heated, the apartments include a living area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Each has a modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Bcn Paseo De Gracia Rocamora Apartment also includes a private bathroom with a bath or a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bed linen are provided.
Centrally located, the apartments are within a 10-minute of Las Ramblas, and La Pedrera in around 10 minutes away on foot. Regular airport train leaves from Passeig de Gracia Train Station, located within 200 metres of the apartments.

The location was perfect. Great to explore everywhere. Santiago was so nice to wait for us as we checked in late. He showed us where to get to everywhere and we were able to leave our luggages at the main Rocamora Apartments lockers for free after check out which is fantastic.

Spacious two bedroom apartment in a lovely part of Barcelona. The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen is well equipped. Two balconies were a lovely bonus. Walking distance to attractions such as Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlo. Lots of transport options with a train station nearby. Host was responsive and helpful - check in was very smooth.

Loved the period features, fantastic inclosed balcony, beautiful original lift, original tiles. This is a very big apartment, plenty of space for everyone. This apartment is situated in a very nice upmarket part of the city. Communication from Santiago looking after the building was very helpful and appreciated.

Location on Passeig De Gràcia is good. We had an apartment facing internal courtyard and was very quiet. The apartment was very large and historic. Facilities were good.

Once we made the reservation we experienced very pleasant cooperation with Theresa, she was very friendly and gave us proactive advise with regards to travelling to the appartment. Upon arrrival we were welcomed by the concierge who made us feel welcome and safe. Our contact was already waiting for us and followed up upon the check-in. Everything went very smooth. The appartment is extremely spacious and has a luxury feel, high quality towels and bedlinnen. Equipment in the kitchen was brand new and clean. Cleaning ladies are very kind and deliver high standard work! We highly recommand this location! It offers 5* class on a top location!
