The staff at this hotel is one of the greatest advantages of this hotel. They are all very helpful and attentive. They are ready to assist their guests. Breakfast at the hotel had a good selection and tastes great. The location is great (the city is accessible but a bit far from the hustle and traffic).

Hotel Elizabeth is a beautiful hotel with great ambience, buffet breakfast, good food, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend HEB.

For first timers and traveling with seniors and kids, i think it is a good location. The view is especially nice when eating our breakfast. It is also near some tourist spots and restaurants. There is ample parking space.

Love the overall look and feel of the hotel. Decors are good, we had a balcony with a nice breeze and view outside. Surroundings gave us glimpse of pine trees and flowers. The sheets were crisp and smell good. Staff at the check-in counter was honest and quick in correcting her mistake upon realizing she wrongly over charged my card by Php1,000 and instanly voided the transaction. Others like concierge and security were accomodating and helpful with our luggages and car park slot. Housekeeping was also fast in bringing up to our room the additional floor mat for the toilet. The hotel has sound health protocol too. The guard at the entrance took our temperatures and sanitized our luggages before allowing us to go inside the hotel. The buffet table seating also provides a view of the garden.

Reception, security and housekeeping staff all really friendly and obliging. A problem we had with our room was remedied in suitable time thank you.
