The location and the staff there were lovely, and the house was absolutely stunning! Nestled in the black forest, it has some really nice walks and views. would definitely stay again!

The price was low and all expectations were met and better than expected. I required cleanliness, car parking, a comfortable bed and wifi. I got them all. People wanting more or paying higher prices may not be as happy, but this was ideal for my needs.

This is my 2nd visit I stayed in July 24. It's very basic and could do with updating but it's got charm and quirky the host are very welcoming. Dinner is very good and reasonably cheap for what portion sizes you get. Breakfast is also good with assorted choices. If I'm ever in the area I shall head to stay here.

It was a great stay! We loved it! The hotel was a 10-minute hike from a waterfall. There was no kettle or plates in the hotel room, but the staff provided us with them once we requested at the reception. Which was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing and fresh! It's close to a lot of attractions. We travelled with our cat, she had a good time.

Great affordable play to stay, we had a large spacious family room and excellent breakfast. Close to a beautiful waterfall and a decent restaurant 2km away. I would recommend it for any budget traveller looking for some Black Forest charm.
