Superb breakfast, barista coffee is charged as an extra to the regular coffee. Facilities, bed, pillows, shower etc all first class. Proper 5*.

Easy uber pickups and drop offs. Location is convenient to AKL city attractions within walking distance, great restaurants & supermarkets/convenience stores for last minute necessarities, if needed. We stayed with a toddler and it was toddler friendly spaces.

Location worked well. Being near to the Sky Tower helped us find our way back to the hotel when we went exploring Auckland. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location - just in front of the Sky tower! The pool is nice and the room was quiet and comfortable! 3 very good restaurants on the hotel with very good food!

The room service menu was very limited given the amount of restaurants that are close by. The breakfast buffet was as good as any Novotel or ibis or quest.. I would’ve expected something similar to The Star or Crown casinos

Location was good. Bed not comfortable and pillows were too soft. The shower floor was slippery. Otherwise it was spacious room and quiet.
