Amazing service from the Staff. When we checked in, our room floor was wet. We went back to reception and the lovely staff changed us into another room without any hassel. All of the staff members are helpful and friendly, will definitely come back again.

We were able to be upgraded to a room in the residence tower so that we could have a microwave and stove top to cook some things for our family.

Convenient for my conference but not perfectly clean with pieces of hair that were not mine spread on the bathroom walls each day. Really good buffet breakfast but wasn't aware that the coffee from the cafe was included until the final day. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless for a conference in the same building.
