It’s a beautiful room next to a private house, with all the privacy you want. Susan is perfect in every detail, what made our short stay marvelous. We certainly want to be back here someday

Love Parnell, great location. Breakfast supplies were fantastic! Susan, the host, was very welcoming and arranged a daily parking permit for my hire car.

Was such a nice comfortable spot for my partner and I. The host sure knew how to make it feel like a home away from home with things that made it feel like your own little place. Host was also so lovely and helpful

Excellent service and communication, super clean and tidy, loved all the little touches, the food in the fridge and cupboards, and the toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was amazing, great pressure and nice and hot. The room was nice and private. Close to all that we needed, i.e., shops and spark arena for concert. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

I liked everything: it was very comfortable, conveniently located, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Susan gave very clear directions/instructions and had gone out of her way to provide all the extras which make a stay very enjoyable. The self-served continental breakfast was excellent. I have no hesitation to recommend this as excellent accommodation for travellers and locals.
