The location of the place was fantastic. It was situated in the best possible area, offering convenience and easy access to everything one could need. It felt like a great value for the money, as I had access to everything I required during my stay. Overall, my experience renting this home through Booking.com was excellent. The unbeatable location combined with the good facilities and affordable price made it a delightful choice. Martin, the landlord of the apartment, demonstrated exceptional kindness by accommodating our request to store our luggage in the building until 2 pm, even though the official check-out time was at 10 am. This gesture was beneficial as our flight was scheduled for later in the day. We truly appreciated Martin's flexibility and understanding, which made our departure much smoother and more convenient.

Lovely comfortable and clean studio apartment in the perfect location to explore Auckland. The view of the surrounding area and the Sky Tower is unreal! Great value for money and would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The location was fantastic, it was right next to where I would be able to see my friends in just a moment if I left something at theirs and being right in city centre, the food options were not limited. The place was well maintained and comfy
