The hotel was beautiful but the best part about the hotel was the staff. At every point of the trip the staff members were very helpful and friendly in making us feel comfortable. Big mentions to Rehzan at breakfast who was very accommodating and friendly remembered my orders every day and had it prepared before i even asked. Also Ghalia and Adli at the reception helped us with a smooth and seamless check in and were amazing to deal with!

Great staff, great staff, everyone I meet from the staff is waiting for you, they welcome you from the heart, the service, reliability, courtesy, the special Bayan and Ghaliah, since we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us like the end and took care of us in everything and their rooms are a dream, comfortable, comfortable, on a quality level, I will not forget this resort, and in future visits I'm only in this hotel ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹 ,,, My car key broke, and Samir helped me to the end, he didn't leave me for a moment until he fixed it for me, really thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear Samir tkank you ❤️🌹🌹🌹

Thanks a million Ms Dorra for the generous hospitality . My stay was amazing and memorable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman. I had a wonderful experience at Kempinski Amman and sure will be my first choice for my next visit to Jordan.

It was the first time I booked at this hotel and was very surprised by the high level of service. The staff was very helpful and really love their workplace. I had first contact with Ghaliah from reception who recommended me to take a better room and which I did. The room was beyond my expectations, it was Smart home, good size, modern design and so comfortable bed. I am very grateful to Ghaliah for this advice. She was very professional in taking me over as a guest and explaining her advice in a good trustful way.

Our room was newly renovated, beautiful and comfortable. But what really made our stay exceptional is the staff especially the receptionist JANA , she is really an asset to the hotel . And also receptionist Bayan was helpful
