Upon arriving, we got upgraded to the king's suite for free. Already being stunned with the incredible location and view, this really made our last day in Amman. The people who helped us were incredibly kind and helpful and gave us some very useful advice and tips about exploring Amman. They also helped us with arranging a taxi to the airport the next morning, couldn't have gone smoother. Amazing location, really clean rooms and incredibly warm and kind people - would definitely recommend!

The hotel is definitely worth the price! It boasts an excellent location in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and local markets, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. I must commend the wonderful staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious and varied, providing a great start to a day full of activities.

Excellent central location. We arrived in the middle of the night and the manager accompanied us to the parking behind the hotel. Love the view from the roof terrace (bit more basic than picture on Booking). Nice breakfast with freshly made omelet and great value for money. It is a bit a challenge to drive during rush hour by the way… so easy to walk to the Citadel, restaurants etc

The staff was really very kind and helpful. I mean really more kind and more helpful than as usual in Jordan. They have solutions for every trouble you may have. The location near the mosque in the city center is very useful. You save a lot of time. The restaurant at the top give you a nice view. You have a good internet connection with no lag at the reception but also inside your room. This is not a luxury hotel but for this fare, I dare you to find a better choice.

The location near all the classical sites (citadel, Jordan Museum, amphitheater) and the street market. Most importantly, though, the staff who work there. I was in Jordan to hike the Jordan Trail and received advice of the kind only a local with deep roots can give you. Shoutout to Bassam who went out of his way to work his contacts on my behalf. The corporate hotels, of which there are many, may have more stars, but they do not offer this kind of hospitality.

The location is very good, near to most of attractions in the downtown. The people for the reception was very friendly in special Bassam, who provide all the facilities to do our trip easier.

The three guys who work there are simply the best! They kept my travel bag for a month while I was hiking the Jordan trail. They provided me with contacts through their network of cousins in case I would need help in remote parts of the country. Excellent value for money. Downtown, close to a bazaar for shopping for food and whatever else you need, really colorful.
