Generally the hotel and breakfast is nice. Two things we didn't like was cleanness of apartments, found a dead cucaracha under the couch. And opening hours/ access to indoor pool is really weird and disappointing that we couldn't go without our son. Would have liked to know this before and found it surprising in a family hotel. Staff was nice.

Super location with a beautiful beach. The rooms very very clean and nicely designed with a great view of the beach, cliffs and sea. It felt a bit like a relaxed Club Med. Very friendly staff. Great choices for a wholesome breakfast. Nice choice for a romantic getaway!

Everything was perfect. Out of season got a very good deal. Rooms are freshly refurbished with a very modern twist. Sea view family rooms are big spacious and excellent value for money. Fresh water daily in the room, daily nespresso capsule for your nespreso machine Kids club is perfect- staff is actually playing with children hide and seek etc Breakfast is vast including smoked salmon and sparkling wine Beach is few steps away.

Perfect stay at the GRSE. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay nothing short of perfect. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice . Communal areas are spotless and kept clean frequently . Location on the beach is outstanding. Kids club and reception staff were particularly outstanding ! Wi-Fi works well in all areas . Indoor pool lovely for a rainy day with kids. Bar and restaurant prices are expensive. No supermarket onsite or nearby . Top tip is to download Bolt for cheap taxis . Free shuttle at the hotel to the old town was good !

I enjoyed the facilities and the location of the hotel. Room was clean and accommodated our request to have a large double bed. The views were stunning and the breakfast were very delicious. The shuttle service frankly was a nice bonus, and I wish I could've stayed for longer.

Children's Club, beach and breakfast rated highest on the family list. Augusto, Vanessa and Jessica at the Children's club was absolutely fantastic

We had a great stay at the hotel! The weather wasn't on our side so we enjoyed the spa (well worth paying for) and the bar. The cocktails were great and reasonably priced. The heated outdoor pool was great too! I would definitely recommend the hotel breakfast as well, a great variety of options with fizz included! The fresh fruit, granola and pastel de natas were a highlight! The staff were always attentive and helpful. We made use of the shuttle bus into town one day but Ubers were also very reasonable. We would love to visit again in the summer.
