Beautiful apartment in the house surrounded by forest not so far from Como. Very clean and spacious room and excellent breakfast. Owners are very nice and helpful with any kind of information you need. Pleasant experience on lake Como.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed every minute there. We arrived at night under the rain, and the host was there with an umbrella waiting for us. She speaks many languages fluently, and her B&B is one of the coziest and cleanest we have ever seen. The property has a great view and has a beautiful garden. The room was huge and super equipped with ammenities, coffee, tea, and infusions. Breakfast was amazing. You can see that they use good ingredients and prepare everything carefully. I really want to come back with more time.

Welcoming heart warm owners. Beautiful villa with top class hotel readiness but yet with warm and homely interior. Classy home made breakfast. Went to Albavilla from Como with bus and to get to hotel we had a lovely walk trough small roads up the hill - Perfect location to rest and walk around small village besides mountainy forest area.

An absolute gem of a place! simply stunning hilltop property, even better than the lovely photos...what a find! The hosts Christina and Claudio were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our European tour. Cannot wait to come back here again!

As another guest put it, it's rare that you find a place that is even better than the photos, especially when the photos already make it look pretty amazing. The B&B is in a beautiful setting on the mountain above Albavilla. The owners have renovated a stunning old house sympathetically to a very high standard. The bedroom we had (the smallest) was spacious and very comfortable with great memory foam pillows (alternatives were available if you're not keen on foam). Everything was immaculate and clean. The Aircon was welcome on what must have been one of the hottest nights of the year as was the complementary bottled water and tea/coffee. Breakfast was perfect. Above all, the owners were charming, solicitous and happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible.
