Very clean and comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony and garden. It's set back from the road, so very quiet at night. It close to to the town with great restaurants. The host was very kind and friendly.

Apartment was so stylish. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous bathroom. We had a lovely terrace and looked onto a beautiful garden with fruit trees. The beach was across the road and the bus stop was 30 yards up the road so everything convenient. Their restaurant in front of the apartments was the best in agia paraskevi.

We loved the blend of simplicity, good taste and exquisite cleanliness of the small complex and the very beautiful garden filled with the perfumes of the aromatic plants. We also loved the divine aromas coming from the kitchen of the exquisite family restaurant Mesostrato that is in front of the property. By the way, we think is one of the best restaurants from the island. We also loved the very easy acess to the Agia Paraskevi beach (1 min by foot). And for exploring the other beautiful beaches of Skiathos, the bus stop is literally next to the entrance of the complex.

Apartments are cosy and very nice looking, very clean, air conditioning worked well. Small kitchen had everything that was needed to cook simple food. Terrace is quite private and nice, too. Check-in was very simple (people on site guided us to the room), the owner is friendly. There were enough parking places for all guests The nearest beach is very close, just a couple of minutes walk

We liked the location, the relaxing atmosphere, the clean room, the welcoming hosts. The room had everything we needed - a water heater, a toaster, a coffee maker and an induction cooker if needed. The location is right at bus stop nr. 16 so the access to either Skiathos or Koukounaries beach was easy. Plenty of outdoor space for couples with children.

Fantastic location in the middle of Skiathos island. (Bus stop 16) on the main road of Agia Paraskevi, apartment was set back and we couldn’t hear a thing on a night. Set in beautiful fruit tree gardens. Deluxe apartment was brand new and beautiful, such a lot of thought has gone into the design. Great bathroom with overhead and hand shower, plus lots of room for toiletries. Lovely well equipped kitchen, although there was no stovetop, didn’t matter to us as we don’t cook when we’re away. Lots of nice little touches left for us such as crackers, wine, nuts, water and couple of coffee pods. Mattress was deep and the comfiest bed and bedding we’ve had abroad. Full length mirror hurray - so many places don’t have them! Big tv and long shelf running along underneath. Plenty of room in the apartment for all of your things. Lovely little patio outside with table and two chairs plus pull out dryer. Apartment was exceptionally clean, cleaned every day to a high standard with fresh towels and bedding. The restaurant at the front of the apartments is Mesostrata and is amazing, one of the best on the island. Maroula and her family are absolutely lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We would return in a heartbeat!

The property was beautifully kept very clean and Marula the manager and owner was a wonderful host together with her family. Our apartment was superb. Could not ask for a better location and quality apartment. Much better than staying in town plenty of Taverna and the beach across the road for easy access.

The staff was friendly and kind. Very good location: just opposite to Agia Paraskevi and not far from other nice beaches. Very nice family owned restaurant on site.
