It was a lovely place, so chilled and relaxing. The staff were amazing, so friendly, really looked after the guests and very efficient with any queries. In particular a big thank you to Natalie for her hospitality she really helped make our holiday. The rooms were very clean, not too fancy but fine in every way. There are lovely gardens around the pool. The air conditioning was just what we needed and was very efficient Just to let u no there’s quite a steep hill up to the property and I wound not recommend to elderly or infirm people.

We loved Abella Hotel it was quiet and serene. The staff couldn't do enough for you and we're full of information and help on what to do and where to go. The hotel is in a central location bus stop outside if needed and the beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants literally on your doorstep. I couldn't fault this small family run hotel it was amazing and if I come back I would definitely stay again. Thank you

Staff were exceptionall, so welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Incredible value for money. Very clean, and comfortable, seaview room. Late check out was arranged with access to a fresh room throughout the day.. Pool was fantastic, very quiet, plenty of loungers. Good.poolside food and drinks. Good location, set back from the main road, near.plenty of restaurants, shops and the beach. 2 euro bus ride to Chania town.

The staff are wonderful! So friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more from them. The location is terrific, a short walk to shops and eateries, plus there's a bus stop right outside.

We had a warm welcome from Natalie and we were delighted with our Seaview room. The pool was perfect and there was bar service all day for drinks and snacks we had great fun with Theo the evening barman. Such a friendly place perfect for our 2 week stay. Minutes away from the best restaurants and beach. Super place kept spotless and excellent service. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our weeks stay at Abella hotel. Perfect location- across the road from the beach, shops and wonderful Tavernas. The bus stop is right outside the hotel for trips into stunning Chania. We had a beautiful view from the balcony but the pool area made it for us - spotlessly clean so relaxed and always a sunbed available. All the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming. We will be booking again for sure. Thank you Abella Hotel for a wonderful week! X
