An exceptionally nice property, would fit in as a 5 star in any western city too. The staff that were around were very attentive and almost overly keen to help. The facilities were all very nice.

Firstly the location was perfect, we could walk to most places . The staff always welcoming and helpful, our butler Richard was amazing. Breakfast was always on point, I liked how the room was cleaned every day. Staying here was a wonderful experience.

I've traveled extensively and stayed at numerous five-star hotels, and I can assert with confidence that your establishment ranks as the finest I've experienced to date. The customer service, location, room dimensions, cleanliness, and cuisine were all impeccable. I wish to express my profound thanks to the entire staff for their friendliness, accommodation, politeness, and professionalism—it's impossible to list all their virtues. A special mention must go to my butler, Francis, who exemplifies heartfelt service. He performed his duties with genuine care and passion. Thank you, Number One Oxford Street.
