A beautiful place with wonderful views. We had an apartment booked with our own kitchen and self-catering, so I can’t comment on the restaurant food. However, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean with a stunning view of the lake. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, and our dog had plenty of space to run around. We will definitely come back!

To be honest it was outstanding from start to finish drinks food facilities apartment for our dog etc location staff l have been all over this is a hidden gem best 4 day break l have had l read some reviews rooms a bit old fashioned etc prices so on what a load a rubbish if you want clinical and modern this is not for you this is top class old school with a modern mix if you no what am saying the staff couldn't do enough l could go on and on l am booking for summer and Christmas just arrived back this morning missing it all ready please book this place guys you won't be disappointed Charles

The apartments are great. There was a lot of space. Everything is in classic Scottish style. The kitchen has all the necessities, except oil to cook on. The heating is good. The view from the window is gorgeous, special thanks to the gardener, the park around the hotel is gorgeous. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and gym are included in the price. Also, we could enjoy the pool table and ping pong game.

We stayed in a 3 bed self catering apartment and it was quiet, stunning views and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready.

Stayed in the ben lomond block. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Beautiful views, the mist over the loch was quite magical to watch, as it lifted in the morning. Beautiful gardens, waterfall and pond were lit up with coloured lights at night. So peaceful just lovely listening to the birds in the morning.
