We had the premium or elite room with mini fridge and little kitchen and it was fantastic :) we liked it a lot and we would stay longer if it would not be fully booked.

Honestly the most amazing property! I couldn’t believe where I was staying for the price. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff are lovely. When I come back to Chang Mai, I will definitely be booking here again!

It's located in the old town, convenient- atrraction/ wat Chedi is not too far away, walkable distance, tons of restuarant nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. No shoes allowed beyond the rooms area. Room size is fine for the price paid, comfortable mattress. Good wifi.
